Hamilton Creek Learning Center is open to all students who demonstrate a desire to live in harmony with the educational and spiritual principles of HCLC and Northwest Academy, to maintain high standards of conduct and the ability to do the required work.

HCLC seeks to minister to students who have a variety of educational needs. It should be understood, however, that we would not be obligated to take students who have a record of serious discipline problems. In addition, because of our limited resources, it may not be possible to enroll some students who have special physical, mental, or emotional needs, which require specially trained personnel.

The admission of all students to HCLC depends, upon the following:

1. A student interview (Senior Survey). A parent(s) or guardian must be in attendance.
2. The agreement of parent(s) and student to the policies, goals, and discipline statement of HCLC by signing the Academy Northwest Agreement.
3. Payment of registration, fees and tuition.
4. Invitation by the administrator. A three-day waiting period will be granted in order for all parties to prayerfully consider the obligations, needs and desires of both HCLC and the family wanting to enroll.

Each student either contributes as an asset or a liability to the student body. An older student's attitude and behavior will influence younger students; therefore, older students are expected to set a consistent proper example, a "good impulse" example as defined by Galatians 5:13-26.
